I stopped by hoping for a little coffee-and-cake magic, but it was more of a tiny letdown. The coffee was decent enough, no real complaints there, but the cake was a bit dry and kind of stole the spotlight in the wrong way. It wasn’t terrible by any means, just very average and not something I’d be rushing back for.

I was ready to be annoyed because lines like this are usually a mess, but the staff kept things moving and I barely waited at all. If it’s usually slow, then whoever was handling it before is definitely to blame, because this time it was actually quick.

I had to cancel a booking quickly and felt a bit rushed trying to figure out what to do. The cancellation process wasn’t super clear at first, so I ended up emailing them and waiting a few days for a reply, which made me a little unsure about where things stood.
The refund did come through eventually, so it all worked out in the end. The staff were polite when they got back to me, but I do think the cancellation details could be easier to find, especially when you’re trying to sort everything out in a hurry

I had a question about my order and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear and they sorted it out without any hassle once I reached out. Still, it was a bit annoying having to put in the effort to ask in the first place, but at least they handled it well

I went with my nephew and, to be fair, he did learn quite a bit about the trains and old buses. Some of the displays were genuinely interesting, though a few parts felt a bit dry and not that engaging. It’s good from an educational point of view, but for the ticket price I was expecting more hands-on activities. Some of the extra bits also felt a bit unnecessary.

I had a great time on the Hidden London tour. It was interesting, easy to follow, and felt like a fun way to see a different side of the city. i wasn’t sure what to expect, but I ended up really enjoying it

I was a bit worried about getting around the museum with kids, but it turned out to be really easy. The layout flows naturally from one area to the next, so we never felt lost or like we were rushing. It made the whole visit way more relaxed than I expected.

I went to the London Transport Museum with my mum, who uses a stick, and overall it was a decent visit. The staff were genuinely lovely, and there are lifts, which was a relief. But wow, some of the spaces felt so tight and busy that it was like trying to navigate rush hour on the Tube during an apocalypse. Moving around wasn’t always easy, especially when it got crowded. I also think the signs for accessible routes could be much clearer, because I still found myself double-checking things even after looking at the website beforehand. It wasn’t a bad day at all, and we did enjoy parts of it, but accessibility felt a bit hit and miss.

I really liked the bits about old London transport history. I can’t say I know enough to verify every detail, but it was an interesting read and gave me a nice feel for how things used to be.

We took the kids and they loved it. It was an easy day out for the whole family and kept everyone entertained. Just a heads up though, I’d definitely plan ahead and try to go early, because I can see it getting crowded fast.

I’d say it’s definitely worth it. No question, you get good value for the ticket, even if the price feels a little high at first.

I took my two kids to the London Transport Museum and they had such a good time. They loved the play areas and all the little hands-on activities. There was loads for them to press, climb into and look at, so they were kept busy the whole time. It was busy, but still easy enough to enjoy without feeling too stressful. We’ll definitely go again.

Went to the London Transport Museum with my family and we genuinely had a really nice time. The old trains and buses were fun to climb into and look around, and there ended up being way more to see than I thought, which was a nice surprise.

Went to the London Transport Museum and really enjoyed it. Exhibits were put together so well, with loads of old buses, trains, signs, and little details that made everything feel interesting rather than dusty or dull.

Liked that you can get close to so much of it, and there was plenty of history without feeling like too much reading. Nice mix of things to look at and bits to learn. Would definitely go again.

Went on a weekend and, it wasn’t bad at all. I was expecting it to be packed because, you know, weekends are usually to blame for that kind of chaos, but it was easy to walk around and didn’t feel too crowded

I did manage to book the tickets in the end, but the checkout felt slow and a bit confusing. I wasn’t always sure if everything had gone through properly, and after booking there wasn’t really any follow-up or reassurance, which was annoying. It worked, but the whole thing could definitely be smoother.

I really enjoyed the special exhibitions, they were genuinely interesting and worth seeing. It was busy on Saturday though, and a few areas felt a bit crowded. I think if everyone just stays patient and gives each other a bit of space, it makes the experience much better for everyone
